Prototype Assembly
We specialize in prototype assembly for nearly any application. We build prototypes for individuals that would like to prove out an idea or design, a business that is developing a new product, or the development of a new revision of an existing product. Our customers can specify whether the product is built on the pick and place machine or hand-placed by our skilled assembly personnel. We build low-volume prototypes with the same methodology as our higher volume production. Each product starts with a Bill of Material scrub and entry into our ERP system and is followed by a complete documentation package for our assembly team members to follow. After the prototype is assembled, a rigorous Quality Control check is performed to make certain that the product is built to the customer’s defined specifications.
